Carson Valley Medical Center CEO Announces Retirement
Carson Valley Medical Center’s Chief Executive Officer Bill Hale has announced his retirement effective September 14th.
Mr. Hale has served as CVMC’s CEO since 2008. Prior to that, he served in various management positions at other healthcare organizations and actually came out of retirement to take the position as CEO of CVMC.
“We were extremely grateful to Bill then for his willingness to come out of retirement and help steer the direction of Carson Valley Medical Center,” stated a member of the CVMC Board of Directors. “We thank him now for his years of service and the progress he brought to both our hospital and our community. We wish him well in his retirement.”
CVMC is the area’s full-service hospital, serving the patients of the Carson Valley and surrounding communities, and is also one of the largest employers in the Carson Valley. CVMC’s Board of Directors is committed to maintaining the level of care and the commitment to the community that CVMC has always been known for.
The CVMC Board of Directors is actively seeking a new CEO for the hospital and hope to make an announcement soon.
